At the age of twelve, seeing the ill-treatment meted out to fellow dwellers in the area of my living, a question arose in my heart. Is there a solution to this problem? Almost twenty years later, I found to my surprise that there is indeed a solution. However, there is a perpetual unwillingness in the minds of people to accept and implement the solution. Will the change ever come?
